Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Eligible Products
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Process

- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, follow the instructions provided to ship the item back.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of shipping for the original order is non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. Please place a new order for the desired product and return the unwanted product.
